But recently, on the 12th of October, 2013, the Reserve Bank of India (R.B.I) Governor, Mr. Raghuram Rajan, met with the Senate Tax Committee On Finance (RBI) Mumbai Branch, regarding unclaimed funds which have been due for a long run, at end of the meeting (RBI) Governor, Mr. Raghuram Rajan mandated that all unclaimed funds should be released back to the beneficiary stating that it is an unfair practice to withhold funds for government basket for one reason or the other for tax accumulations, Therefore we are writing this email to Inform you that {£500,000.00 GBP}will be release to you in your name, As it was committed  for(RBI) New Governor, that the Beneficiary will have to pay for the Crediting fees only,

Note: you are therefore required to pay the sum of (Rs.14, 365 INR fourteen Thousand, Three Hundred and Sixty five Indian Rupees) Only, for international crediting code, we need to get the international crediting code from Reserve bank of India international crediting Department to complete your transfer to Bank Account immediately making a decline for 2 working days after date of Receiving this mail also reconfirm/provide your bank account details via:(rbitransferdeptt@admin.in.th)for Crediting,

The insurance cover we have undertaken that covers your amount of £500,000.GBP does not permit any individual to Deduct from the Funds as we serve all Responsibilities in case of any eventualities because the funds has been Cleared and Registered into the RBI Foreign Department.
